Our Mission

Aiden's Light is a 501(c)3 nonprofit on a mission to counter the negative effects of child poverty. 

The Problem

Living in poverty has a tremendous impact on a young person's life. A child's physical, mental, social well-being are all negatively affected by the dynamics of systemic poverty. Some minority children and teenagers face challenges that oftentimes can only be overcome with the support of organizations like Aiden's Light. 

Did You Know?

There is a disproportionate number of Black and Hispanic children living below the poverty line in New Jersey compared to other demographics.

In 3 years, we have awarded partial college scholarships to 15 deserving high school seniors.
